Graduated in Electronic Engineering, holds a Master's in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology-Based Business Management. With 30 years of experience in various technology companies, she has worked in research and development and executive roles, including serving as director of a joint venture company focused on semiconductor encapsulation and testing in Brazil. She works on behalf of companies with federal and state governments to improve public policies for the industry, as well as with development agencies for financing innovation projects involving new product and process technologies. She is currently the Institutional Director of ABISEMI, the Brazilian Semiconductor Industry Association, and a member of organizations such as the Industry 4.0 Chamber.
